ENERGY ASSISTANCE
Coos-Curry Electric Cooperative offers resources to aid in keeping our member's power on when times are difficult. Please give us a call or visit the links below if you are having trouble paying your electric bill.
Delinquent accounts receive a past-due notice on their bill statement and are mailed a reminder notice (which will be the final notification prior to being disconnected). We encourage our members to contact us prior to this point so we can determine the best way to assist you.
Low-Income Energy Assistance
Low-Income energy assistance is available to Coos and Curry residents through Oregon Coast Community Action. ORCCA provides eligible households with a one-time payment (once per program year) towards energy bills.
To be eligible and apply, all adult household members must provide income documentation for the previous 60 days (minimum). This includes any items for which you or any other adult household members receive payment and must show the gross amount (before any deductions.) Please see an application for acceptable documentation to prove household income.
