4H Sponsorship Form

We commend the hard-working youth who participate in the fair. This sponsorship form is a way to help reward you for your efforts!

We offer a $50 sponsorship to youth that has completed a 4H or FFA livestock.

• Applicant parent or legal guardians must be a member of Coos-Curry Electric Cooperative.
• The sponsorship is limited to one livestock project per year.
