Members can choose from two Budget Billing Plans, call your area office for more details.

• Fixed Budget Billing: Members pay a fixed amount each month based on their average energy use.
• Levelized Budget Billing: Members pay the average of their energy used for the rolling previous twelve (12) months and will be adjusted monthly.

(Members can enroll after a year of service.)
