RESIDENTIAL HEAT PUMP WATER HEATER

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Site-built and manufactured homes qualify for one heat pump water heater per existing residence replacing an electric water heater
  • Homes must be permanently occupied year-round; seasonal homes and homes with part-time occupancy are not eligible.

REBATE AMOUNT

  • 40-gallon- all Tiers $700
  • 50-gallon and up - Tier 3 $800
  • 50-gallon and up- Tier 4 $900
  • Split system HPWH Any tank size $1,100
  • Rebate(s) will not exceed 100% of the installed cost

INSTALLER REQUIREMENTS

BEFORE INSTALLATION: PRE-APPROVAL

  • An on-site visit is not required prior to installation to qualify for the rebate.
  • Rebate applications must be submitted within (6) months of purchase/installation to qualify.

AFTER INSTALLATION: FINAL DOCUMENTATION

  • Submit a completed Heat Pump Water Heater Rebate Application
  • If installed by a contractor, submit a final invoice showing installation information and "paid" status. 
  • If self-installed, provide invoice or proof of purchase (receipt) including model number, purchase date, and cost.
  • All required documentation must be included with the application for the rebate to be paid.

QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTION

  • CCEC reserves the right to inspect installed products(s).

REBATE PAYMENTS

  • Please allow 6-8 weeks for payment after receipt of all required documentation.
  • All rebates will be paid in the form of a credit to an active CCEC member account.
  • Please specify the correct account number in your application where credit will be applied.
